Michael N. Zukov, B.Eng., E.I.T., is a fire protection engineer specializing in the area of building codes and fire safety. His educational credentials include an Electrical Engineering degree from Ryerson University. Michael is registered as an Engineer-in-Training with Professional Engineers Ontario.
Mr. Zukov’s experience as a fire protection engineer includes building code and fire code compliance reviews, fire alarm system design, construction project management and preparation of alternative solutions.
Prior to employment with ARENCON, Mr Zukov was a supervising fire alarm technician specializing in troubleshooting, inspections, verifications, installations, and maintenance of fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
Mr. Zukov is certified with the Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) as a licenced fire alarm technician. Training to gain this certification covered a wide range of fire and life safety features within buildings, with a predominant focus on fire alarm system function and operations.
