Morgan appointed Vice Chair of Ontario Building Code Commission, July, 2006
Leslie Morgan was appointed Vice Chair of Building Code Commission of Ontario (BCC). The BCC is an adjudicative tribunal mandated to resolve disputes between property owners, builders, developers, architects, engineers and chief building officials concerning the compliance with the Ontario Building Code. As the Vice Chair, Leslie is responsible to adjudicate and lead the tribunal process for the specific disputes and hearings.
